El dueño de una tienda de Philadelphia, harto de la violencia y estragos de los delincuentes organiza una patrulla de barrio compuesto por ciudadanos comunes que también están hartos de la delincuencia en su barrio. Todo empieza a ir mal, cuando las acciones de su equipo se tornan en discriminación racial
